Your innovation in brief
It is an Anti Viral Coating using Activated Carbon and Copper in Fabric and Substrate. Both are natural anti viral material used by our ancestors. Its tested ans passed under IS 18184 our coating neutralize Human Corona 229E.
Describe about your innovation
While Corona Hit India by Feb 2020. We have approached SITRA and NID for assisting us to develop an affordable reusable Anti Viral mask that can save people by neutralize the Virus by using our ongoing reserch product which is a membrane technology. They both are confirmed the feasibility of the project. The we got into trials. We got our first break through on March 22. That our membrane filters the Microbials too in an effective manner. Which gave us a lot of courage to continue in development. Though we got our first lock down on March 24th 2020. We didn't look for market our concept as we believe its need to be confirmed that under Viral Efficacy before getting into public hands. After a couple of meeting and deep study, we have made an agreement with NID for developing a facemask. In the Midst of first lock down, we have made 300+ Trails and traveled 9000 Km. We build our own machines and completed the pro to type production by June-2020 and got all our certification done by Aug-2020.
