cekaty Power Blocks – IoT enabled intelligent Lithium Batteries with remote locking feature
Describe about your innovation
A. Uniqueness: Conventional Lithium Batteries are dumb in nature and does not convey any kind of information about the battery state of charge and physical condition of the overall pack. We, at cekaty, are instilling intelligence in the conventional Lithium Batteries by providing our proprietary cekaty Smart Circuit (CSC), fabricated onto a Printed Circuit Board (PCB). The CSC consists of a microcontroller for the decision-making part, a Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) module for power-efficient communication, and sensors for temperature, humidity, current and voltage sensing. Following are the unique features of the cekaty Power Blocks: 1. Battery Condition Monitoring 2. Inbuilt Battery Protection Circuit 3. Charge-Discharge Cycle Counting 4. Double Password secured Remote Locking 5. Mobile Application for smooth user interfacing B. The benefit to people: 1. Integrated Solution: The complete battery ecosystem for the user will ease off the user from all the development hassles and will thereby enable the user with easy plug and play usage. 2.Circular Economy: We have a plan to buy back the battery packs from the user after a certain time of usage. These used batteries can then be re-purposed for other less current intensive applications like solar. Finally, we will recycle the battery pack for Lithium Extraction. 3. Cost-Effective: The buy-back feature will also make the Power Blocks affordable to all the economic classes. C. Scalability: There are a plethora of applications of cekaty Power Blocks, some of them are Inverter Battery, EV Battery, and other electric devices like Battery Powered Ventilator. The voltage and current rating of the Power Blocks depend upon the kind of application. And the best part is, despite having different power configurations, the features in all battery variants will be the same.
