Heamac developed "nLite 360", an intelligent phototherapy system that can provide customized treatment to every neonate. It is a portable, standalone device with multi-planar projection and dynamic design that uses AI and data analytics to provide optimum care. It is the only device that can treat severe jaundice cases and can provide uninterrupted treatment with Zero Separation between the mother and the child.
Describe about your innovation
nLite can be operated in two modes Our device uses the modern technology of Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics to treat any condition of neonatal jaundice in auto mode. It automatically measures the factors like level of Bilirubin, the temperature of the neonate, etc., which serve as deciding factors for the phototherapy treatment using noninvasive techniques. Based on the data collected, the algorithm of the device analyzes the data, detects the risk level of the neonate placed in the devices, and displays the risk level of the neonate. It also displays the mode of treatment required, then sets itself to the right mode of treatment. It is because jaundice is a dynamic condition and can vary instantaneously, it requires timely monitoring, the variable intensity of phototherapy light, and the angle of projection of light depending on the condition of the baby. The device has a multi-planar projection with a dynamic design, which maneuvers depending on the risk level of the neonate. The developed interface provides communication with the pediatrician and connects with the caretaker, which enables the doctor to provide treatment even in resource-constrained environments. This feature opens up a new hope to treat the baby at home under the care of its mother and doctor's supervision. Our technology of the feedback system helps in understanding the right dosage and mode of treatment delivery which will have a scope to treat the baby with any dynamic condition of jaundice. It also adds the confidence to treat the baby in any robust conditions from rural care to private care. We believe that every new life deserves equal care.
