GX SOLID POLY FUEL is an solid fuel made of recycling LLDPE,LTPE,PP,single usable plastic from waste yard and it is proccessed into usefull material.The amount of energy released during the burning up of this fuel is 8000Kcal.This type of fuel does not releases any toxic gases while burning it in industries.

Plastic is one Of The Major Product Which Is Versatile And Having A Wide Range Of Applications with very low cost and having large life duration makes it very important material of our life.In india itself the consumption of plastic has increased from 400Tonn/year in1992 to 5Metric Tonn /year in 2005 to 8Milliontonnes/year in 2008 and expected to rise 24 million tonnes by 2020.After completing its average life it is becoming the major problem for the environment as non-degradable product.We aim to accelerate India’s plan to phase out single-use plastic by 2030, by processing the plastic wastes into industrial solid fuel and provide high performance energy solutions to industries that use solid fossil fuels .Our scalable, easy to use, robust and cost-efficient solution can be a disruptive technology to change the way people look at plastics .Waste plastics, especially single-use waste plastics have been looked at with prejudice of non-recyclability, potential pollutant and hopelessness. We plan to leverage raw material needs to give waste plastics a value, thereby making the citizens feel collectively responsible for the plastics being dumped in the environment.GX SOLID POLY FUEL is an solid fuel made of recycling LLDPE,LTPE,PP,single usable plastic from waste yard and it is proccessed into usefull material.The amount of energy released during the burning up of this fuel is 8000Kcal.This type of fuel does not releases any toxic gases while burning it in industries.GX solid poly fuel does not releases any toxic gases while burning it in all physical and chemical conditions.GX Solid fuel has been tested and the results show that the fuel emits 80% less CO2 and negligible emission of SOx and NOx gases (lower than traditional solid fuels). Highly efficient burning of GX fuel ensures low toxic gas constituents being released into the atmosphere. GX Solid Fuel can be used in industries, directly in place of the traditional solid fuels like coal, fuelwood or bio-briquettes without changing the existing process design.Our innovation has a new solution for single use plastics,multilayer plastic, HDPE LLDPE,LDPE,PP,Paper waste, cotton waste into a secondary product.
