Your innovation in brief
In general Effluent Consist of sodium salts of sulphate and chloride streams dissolved in it as these are used as raw material in dyeing process. In the ETP- ZLD Plants these salts along with other contaminations are treated, concentrated & RO water is recycled back to industries to achieve the zero liquid discharge norms as per PCB and Green Tribunal bench norms. During the ETP- ZLD Treatment processes these salts remain un treated and un-separated and generated as mixed salt which is a solid waste generated from the ETP- ZLD Process and which cannot be treated further and disposed as solid waste (landfill) which affects the environment’s flora and fauna. In order to overcome this catastrophe of the future, we come up with a plan to eliminate the mixed salt generation in the ETP-ZLD Process and these salts are separated and purified < 98% and these separated salts are used back by industries as brine solutions both as sodium sulphate (Glauber salt) solutions @ 150 GPL

MS3 UNIQUE FEATURES Complete elimination of Mixed Salt (Solid Waste disposal) in Textile ETP- ZLD System. Recycling of Brine Solutions @ purity > 98% both Sodium Sulphate. Operating cost of Textile ETP- ZLD System reduced by atleast 40%. Usage of Coal for Boilers- Evaporation system was reduced by 80%. Carbon emission from coal burning was reduced by 80%. Consumes Very Less Energy. Achieves minimum of 150 GPL Concentration @ 45 Bar Pressure there by saving lot of energy. The primary objective of the present disclosure is to provide a system simpler process, reliable technology, cost effective treatment method of effluent for common effluent treatment plants (CETP’s) & integrated effluent treatment plants (IETP’s). In yet another objective of the present disclosure, an efficient process of elimination of coal (fossil fuel) for boiler, high energy consuming Multi-effect evaporator system & protecting mother earth from greenhouse gases, is provided. Another objective of this disclosure is to provide elimination of mixed salt solid waste generation from CETP’s & IETP’s and protecting mother earth from hazardous solid waste dumping. In still another objective of the present disclosure, cost-effective generation of saleable by-Products from waste effluent streams, is proposed for the CETP’s & IETP’s. One other objective of the present disclosure provides for recycling of brine solution with highest purity and concentrations for CETP’s & IETP’s
