Your innovation in brief
Our Innovation called as Bloom Box –a packaged and prefabricated sewage treatment plant which was designed by GRAM ENVOSOLUTION PVT LTD. A single skid machine which helps us to treat sewage/effluent water produced from factories, industries, commercial sites, Residential Apartments, etc... The Bloom Box provides unique solution for waste water treatment plant with different advantages such as Odorless & Noiseless, No Civil Work required, Easy to upgrade ,easy to mobilize the plant and so on.
Describe about your innovation
In Primitive days, the methodologies which were used in process of installation and deployment of sewage treatment were so intricate or comprehensive way of implementation .It involves lot of technical support, required civil construction, and availability of huge space, man power and lack of environment awareness. Our team GRAM & Our CEO who have knowledge in chemical and environment engineering have identified the major issues in primitive models and developed the most sophisticated solution for the waste water treatment after several research activities. We have developed a very compact in size, user friendly and quick processing mechanism called ‘Bloom Box’ in the year later 2013-2014.Moreover, our system can treat up to 1,00,000 litres of waste water .The major advantages of our system are noiseless that consists of Acoustic enclosures to eliminate noise levels from 80 DB to 40 DB. It occupies minimum area provides the look and feel of containerized system. Bloom box will be size of one Genset (100 sq. ft.) and exterior design will give an exquisite looks as per customer’s building elevation. Bloom Box consists of forced induced draft principle of equipment’s that will help to eliminate odor and methane gas accumulation around the plants. The system which consist of sewage treatment equipment under the technology of FBBR process and assure that treated water will meet the Pollution Control norms. Through this system, our innovation spreads across PAN India and the results is 15 crores litres of waste water has been recycled and reused till date by this innovative method. We privilege to share that we are not only doing the business but also spread the awareness and water management/scarcity to protect our future environment for the upcoming generations.
