Individual with substance use disorder (Patient/consumer) who is not staying fit and healthy, and could not perform well in his daily routines, who has personal, psychological, physiological, and has Productivity or Performance issues for self with considerable impact on his family, professional and are of self / family / societal concerns, which are duely associated with the illicit habit & addiction lifestyle, or due to substance use disorders (SUDs), and who is helpless, feel ashamed, prejudiced, have disgrace and stigma (Ref: 2020 National Survey on Drug Use and Health,), feel humiliation to access for interventional medical treatment, or who is not satisfied with existent standard treatment procedures due to cumbersome deaddictive treatment procedures, which may involve huge costs including taking frequent short or long term leaves from work due to health reasons, or for treatment compliance purpose which had consistent treatment relapse but wants freedom from addicted habit, to lead a dignified personality in society is our valued consumer whom we intend to serve with our Novel Treatment Medical Device (ORA), ORA will influence ‘Duration’ `Frequency’ `Intensity’ factors of illicit habit and gives dignified chance for patient to rectify from substance use disorders thereby restoring patient’s health in general and oral cavity in specific (Drug-induced bruxism-Leanne Teoh, Dentist and Pharmacist and Geraldine Moses, PMCID: PMC6698238, Treatment of drug‐induced seizures- Hsien‐Yi Chen, Timothy E. Albertson, and Kent R. Olson, PMCID: PMC4767205), thus influencing patients with their daily routine to lead a healthy life and lead a dignified lifestyle in society, who could track treatment progress digitally, and Healthcare Professionals (customers) e.g. Psychologists , Dentists, Addiction therapists including Rehabilitation centres which provide adequate medical advice/ assistance to substance use disorder patients in getting back to normal healthy daily routine / healthy lifestyle, and health caregivers who have dissatisfied patients due to treatment relapse, concerned with aggressive patient’s addictive behaviour and not willing to try out for cumbersome De-addictive current treatment procedures (Isolation/Rehab Homes) but instead seek ease of use treatment in patient which do not intervene in patient’s daily routine , and who could not track treatment progress/compliance digitally are our valued customers whom we want to influence in their routine clinical practice with our Novel medical device (ORA) which offers ‘ease of use’ ‘ minimal use of Training’ ‘affordable cost’ or ‘minimal change in patients daily routines’ which offers personalized (Custom made oral medical digital device for each patient) and holistic treatment approach (Concurrent use of Psychological counselling, Medical induced detoxification and Pharmacotherapy with drugs along with our novel device) which will influence consistent treatment outcomes..
