Your innovation in brief
Sickle cell disease (SCD) is a group of blood disorders typically inherited from a person's parents. The most common type is known as sickle cell anaemia It results in an abnormality in the oxygen-carrying protein haemoglobin found in red blood cells. Problems in sickle cell disease typically begin around 5 to 6 months of age. A number of health problems may develop, such as attacks of pain ("sickle cell crisis"), anaemia, swelling in the hands and feet, bacterial infections and stroke. Long-term pain may develop as people get older. Patients with sickle cell disease can also acquire any other disease such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, hypertension, cancer and obesity. Describe about your innovation
Innovation and technology can deliver tangible improvements to important social outcomes, including the healthy extension of working lives, increased job retention and return to work, and improved daily functioning – all before the individuals are affected by the long-term consequences of disease. Overall, we identified following areas of benefits to the society • Improvements in health care (quality, efficiency and the empowerment of patients); • Improving quality of life and independent living (reducing fears and anxiety, increasing flexibility, and reducing the need for informal care and the burden on informal caregivers); • Labour market participation and productivity (increasing labour market participation, retaining skills and improving productivity). • Employment generation by encouraging Medicinal plant cultivation • Foreign Exchange revenue generation When it comes to supporting diversity and inclusion in the workplace, we do not play favourites, practice basic courtesy, and pay special attention to how we can embrace non-discriminatory practices and policies. Employees feel included and they feel “safe” to voice their concerns and opinions without fear of victimization. The freedom of expression without fear also empowers companies to not just listen to but also actively embrace diverse viewpoints. We do not discriminate based on age, gender, race, religion, sexual orientation, physical conditions, cultural background or country of origin. We have team with major representation coming from Female participation across multigeneration workforce with diverse thinking. Every voice is given equal importance to ensure we do not miss out. We cater our product Globally in diverse culture without discrimination. We strongly believe that the best thing about becoming part of diverse society is that it makes life much more interesting. Diversity in an organization leads to better teams, greater innovation, and more efficient decision making. But inclusion is what connects people to the organization and makes them want to stay. We have inclusive approach in the society by associating ourselves from a tribal residing in a remote area of forest to a patient leaving in developed countries like US, Europe. We treat them with same passion.
